Agentic Cuts · Drey

The agentic
NLE.

Real timeline. Deterministic agent. Runs locally. Built so the next video you ship walks out of Claude Code, not a chat window.

Apache 2.0 Python core, TypeScript timeline Multi-tenant by design 99 tests, all passing

One core engine.
Three brand instances.

This is Drey's daily-driver instance — Inter 900, yellow primary, hormozi-style captions baked in. The same engine ships to 1 Button Business and Viral Editz with their own brand kits. Spinning up another tenant takes one bash script.

The agent is the orchestrator. Tools are its hands. The timeline is the source of truth. — Agentic Cuts mental model

What's different.

Determinism

Every tool takes a seed. Same prompt + seed + model version = byte-identical output, cached on disk. Re-runs are free. The opposite of every closed video tool that varies frame-level decisions every time you click render.

Real timeline

Not chat-only. Mosaic and Cardboard admit chat is the wrong UX for video. We ship a timeline you can scrub, drag, and override. The agent edits the JSON. You supervise the gestures.

Hard-stop budget

OpenMontage warns when you blow past your cap. We kill the run. CAP mode raises a real exception. No surprise bills. No zombie renders chewing API credit at three in the morning.

Five launch pipelines.

Not twelve. Five. Picked to cover ninety percent of what creators actually ship.
